Info sheets are available for your hospital that provide teams and clients an overview of plan benefits, items and pricing.
- To have info sheets generated with your hospital's specific pricing, send an email to wellnessplans@wellhaven.com and request the info sheets.
There are two versions available, either Care Companion Plans or Wellness Plans, depending on the plan model your hospital currently offers.
- Note: these info sheets cover the basics of plans; your team may need to communicate specific info for your hospital (e.g. if your hospital only offers plans with F/T/HW then that can be communicated verbally to clients by your hospital team.)
