Culture Champions help support connection, appreciation, and engagement within their hospital through small, meaningful moments that fit into everyday clinic life.

Culture Champion Budget & Guidance
Culture Champion engagement funds support team connection and appreciation. Funding is available in Q2 and Q4 at $25 per team member per event. Refer to the guide for allowable purchases, use of the WellHaven VISA, and expense submission instructions.
