What is the Culture Champion Program?

Culture Champions help support connection, appreciation, and engagement within their hospital through small, meaningful moments that fit into everyday clinic life.

Creating safe, consistent channels for two-way feedback, including pulse surveys, listening sessions, team huddles, and sharing updates across hospitals.

Celebrating wins big and small through shout-outs, Culture Wins, compliment boards, peer recognition, handwritten notes, and team celebrations.

Supporting growth through access to CE, training resources, mentorship, career path conversations, and shared learning opportunities.

Strengthening connection through cross-hospital engagement, community involvement, team-building activities, and inclusive events.

Culture Wins are the moments that show our values in action—teamwork, compassion, safety, client praise, special procedures, spirit weeks, Tech Week, and everyday wins that deserve recognition.

Did you use Culture Champion funds for team appreciation (snacks, supplies, celebrations, spirit items, etc.)? That counts as a Culture Win, and photos are welcome.

Share a quick photo or short story to recognize your team. Selected submissions may be highlighted in WellHaven newsletters, Culture Champion updates, social media, and hospital recognition boards.

Do I have to attend live meetings?

Live participation is recommended to ensure access to complete information, updates, and interactive support.

What should I submit as a culture win?

Anything that supports team connection or appreciation — team lunches, shoutouts, celebrations, themed days, community events, etc.
